DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE CONTACTED US TO BE SURE WE COVER YOUR AREA!!!!!!!!!!
The same bidder bought the home twice and we told them several times we do not go to their area.
Please note - this is a true modular home. Beware of others trying to sell you just the framing materials as an overpriced package. Beware of some sellers who try to pass off a Mobile (aka doublewide) Home as a Modular.
Modular Homes come with the flooring, kitchen cabinets, drywall, sinks, toilets...... already installed. The method of construction is equal to that of a stick built. Normally using far more materials to strengthen the modules for transportation.
Also, be sure to ask what is included

This Ranch Style Home was originally designed to be an economical choice for the first time home-buyer. The trend of owning an unaffordable mansion has made our "Budget Series" a popular seller. The home can be modified to meet your needs and the pictures below represent how the home can look with the simple addition of a porch, raised roof, garage entry, or stone. Our "Budget Series" homes include a few other models (two capes and three ranchers) at similar savings. See our other auctions for larger homes.
The home in this auction is based on standard options, which are quite acceptable, and can be upgraded or modified as desired. Feel free to call or e-mail us with any questions.
Wholesale Modulars Inc includes the blueprints, home, crane, set (installation), delivery, and siding and roofing installation in our home pricing.*

FAQ
Can I see a home complete? YES. We have several homes to view/tour in various locations. Most are in the Pocono area of PA but there may be a prior customer in your are willing to share their experience. A factory tour (APPOINTMENT ONLY) is also a good idea for anyone thinking about a new home.
Can you deliver to somewhere else like South Carolina or Maryland? NO. I am sorry but selling to someone hundreds of miles away would be unfair to the customer. A home is a major purchase and most owner builder projects need someone who can be present on the jobsite from time to time. We need to do several site visits during the course of the project and there is no way a company can give 100% when they over 300 miles away.
Who is responsible for the Setting of the Home? We include the set of the home in our pricing simply because we want it to be put together correctly. The home set is the most important step in the construction of your home and the quality of tradesman can make or break the entire project. I am shocked that other companies leave this task up to the buyer.
What am I responsible for? You are assuming the role of the General Contractor and a list of the homeowners responsibilities can be found on the main page of our website.
Do you offer other homes? Yes, we offer a multitude of floor plans and do custom homes as well.
