Resort Information The Ocean Villas Beach and Racquet Club is located right in the heart of Myrtle Beach and puts you within easy reach of all the entertainment spots, music theaters, shopping, amusement parks, and restaurants, not to mention the beach! For those who have never been to Myrtle Beach, there is something for everyone, including more than 120 championship golf courses, Myrtle Beach Pavilion, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Fantasy Harbour, and much more. Guests will receive memberships at the Ocean Dunes Health Club, which offers an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, health bar, and exercise equipment, and it's less than a block away. About The Condo The unit is floating, which means that with each reservation, you will be in a different unit, but you will be able to reserve a comfortable one bedroom condo with a full kitchen, 1.5 baths, and a private patio or balcony, that can sleep up to 6 people comfortably and still leave plenty of room to stretch. Each unit at this resort is professionally decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities of home to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including all kitchenware, towels, linens, etc. Some even have an excellent view of the ocean! All you will need to do is show up and enjoy! The Week The week is a floating week during the resort designated white season, which simply means that you can call the resort each year and choose the week that suits you best for that year. You can choose from the following weeks: 9-14 (March) and 44-47 (November). These are all excellent vacation weeks as the weather is incredible, but the crowds are not around. Although the resort calls these weeks white, the vast majority of these weeks are red in both trading systems. Once you reserve your week, you can then use it yourself or you can choose to deposit your week into the Interval International (II code is OVL) or RCI (RCI code is 1235) Exchange Systems as it is affiliated with both, and then trade it for another week at one of over 5,600 resorts worldwide. The trading power is really excellent as this area is very popular year round. The resort has had an excellent trading history for places like Daytona, Orlando, Steamboat Springs, Lake Tahoe, South Padre Island, Mexico, and many others. It has also traded for much larger units including two and three bedrooms. The ownership and usage is annual, it is permanently deeded, and the yearly maintenance and taxes total only $458, which is very good for a full week’s vacation in this location. More Details There is no mortgage on this timeshare. Maintenance and taxes are up to date. You will receive a Warranty Deed, which means that you are guaranteed free and clear title with no encumbrances. The new purchaser will begin ownership with the 2008 week, which can still be reserved, and be responsible for the 2008 maintenance fees, which will be due at the close of this auction along with the purchase price and closing costs.
