Terms of Auction
We expect due diligence, please ask all questions prior to auction close. DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO, OR CANNOT COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION.
Payment is due within 3 days of auction close. Payment may be made using the following: Credit Cards via Paypal, Certified Check or Money Order.
All bid monies, maintenance fees and transfer fees are deposited into our trust account when received and remain in our trust account until deed is recorded.
We reserve the right to end an auction early should there be any unforeseen problems or issues.
We disclose all known resort associated fees at the time of listing the auction. We are not responsible for future increases of fees.
