Toward that effort, the entire building underwent major restoration after the 2004 hurricanes. This $5 million project included replacement of all balconies, new hallway and balcony deck coatings, white railings, new windows and balcony doors. While we were at it, we painted a new color scheme, combining tan walls with green doors and white balcony railings. The interiors of all of our units were also refurbished with new drywall and wall finish, ceramic tile flooring throughout, high-end closet doors and room divider shutters, ceiling fans, fully remodeled bathrooms, and all new electrical fixtures. Beyond what you see... We offer baby cribs and rollaway beds for your use at no additional charge. Blenders, mixers, and assorted bakeware are available for sign-out at the front desk. Fax service is also available for a small fee. We have DVD movies for sign-out, free of charge, wireless Internet service throughout the building, and a lending library (take a book/leave a book). Owners and exchange guests can also enjoy free use of beach cruiser bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs and chaises; renters pay a nominal fee. The Seacabin also has a mini-kitchen, which has a two-burner stove top, a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and cook ware. You'll also find a TV, DVD/VCR, digital clock radio, hair dryer, ceiling fan and iron and ironing board. Take full use of the dining area, nice-sized closet, towels for five, and a balcony where you can enjoy ocean breezes. Also, the bathroom has been completely remodeled with a tub, tub surround, L-shaped stainless steel grab bar, towel bars, granite countertop with white porcelain sink, new faucets, ornately framed mirror above the new vanity, and new, attractive lighting above the vanity.
