Title Insurance
Title Insurance is available on all property that we
sell. If the final selling price is above $5,000.00 we will include Title
Insurance at no extra cost. If the final selling price is below $5,000.00
Title Insurance is available for an additional cost of $125.00. If you
would like Title Insurance simply let us know and add the additional $125.00 to
your payment when paying for your purchase. Title Insurance is ordered
through an independent Title Insurance company and typically takes six to eight
weeks for processing.
