Cherokee Village is located in Northeastern Arkansas, and
has approximately 15,000 acres of hills, trees, rivers, lakes, playgrounds,

Village is now the year-round residence of 4,648 PEOPLE (and growing), as well

Arkansas. Mammoth Springs forms Spring River and is one of the largest springs
in the world. SOUTH FORK RIVER, flowing directly through Cherokee Village,
offers excellent fishing and boating, and provides added scenery and beauty to
Cherokee Village. Located within easy driving distance are: White River, forming
Bull Shoals Lake; the Little Red River, forming Greers Ferry Lake; and Norfork
River, forming Norfork Lake.
SCHOOLS: Cherokee Village is located within the Highland School District, and
all of the District Schools are located within Cherokee Village. Highland
Schools are fully accredited and have a student teacher ratio which is well

grades K through 12, and also all major sports programs including golf and
tennis are offered. The school has always been very competitive in sports,
having won championships in many. Cherokee Village is also in an area of
