The Cape Cod Holiday Estates is located on the southern coast of Cape Cod, just minutes from the beaches. This fabulous RCI rated Silver Crown Resort, boasts both privacy and luxury. Located just a short distance from Nantucket Sound and South Cape Beach, this resort is perfectly positioned to provide access to all that the area has to offer. Within minutes, one can easily find plenty of opportunities for boating, fishing and whale watching excursions, as well as quaint shopping excursions and nightlife. As if that was not enough, the resort offers an indoor pool, BBQ/Picnic area, children's play area, tennis, basketball, playground, game room, shuffleboard, putting green, and full laundry facilities. About The Condo
The unit is full-size two bedroom, chalet style home, and is located on a private third acre of land, which is absolutely perfect for those romantic getaways as there are no neighbors or noisy hallways, just your own private home away from home. Each free standing villa features a full kitchen, queen-size bed in the master suite, two twin beds in the guest room, a sleeper sofa in the living area, two full bathrooms, a jetted tub, VCR, two TVs, and a private deck with chairs and a grill. These beautifully appointed, spacious units, easily sleep 6 people and are professionally decorated and fully equipped with everything you’ll need to make your stay an enjoyable one!
The Week
The week is a floating week, which means you can contact the resort each and every year and choose the week that suits you best for that year. You will be able to choose from the following weeks 1-12 or 45-50 (January – March and mid November – mid December). All of these weeks are excellent vacation weeks as the crowds are not around. Once you reserve your week you can use the week yourself, or you can deposit your blue/green week in the Interval International or RCI Exchange System, as it is affiliated with both for one of over 5,600 resorts worldwide (RCI Code is 0847 and II code is CCE). The yearly fees total only $491 per year, which is excellent for accommodations like these. These weeks have had an excellent trading history for places like Branson, Big Sky Montana, Daytona, Myrtle Beach, and others.

More Details
This ownership is a permanent contract of ownership, so much like a Deeded property it is yours indefinitely and you certainly can pass it on to your heirs and they to theirs. There is no mortgage on this timeshare and maintenance and taxes are current. You are purchasing this timeshare directly so you don’t have to worry about the hassles of going thru a broker, and you are guaranteed free and clear title with no encumbrances. The new purchaser will begin ownership with the 2008 week, which can still be reserved, and be responsible for the 2008 maintenance fees, which will be billed by the resort at the appropriate time.

The closing of this transaction will be handled by a professional closing company with many years of experience in the transfer of resale timeshares. Their price for closing is quite reasonable and very competitive. We use this firm, and this firm ONLY. Why? Because we’ve tried several over the years and most have disappointed us (and our customers) one way or another. This company is fast, thorough, and responsive. And in the rare case that they make an error they admit it, and fix it. Please don’t ask us to close this transaction any other way because we will not be able to accommodate you. The cost to the purchaser will be only $335. This price will include all closing costs including document preparation, priority mailings, and all county, state, and municipal transfer taxes. They will even register the new ownership with the resort on behalf of the new owner.
