One bedroom units come with a whirlpool and queen size bed. Two full bathrooms and a complete kitchen. Sleeps four. Check-in and departure on Friday. Maintenance fees are paid for this year and they will need to be paid back. So, the total price will be Final Bid plus $500 maintenance fees and closing costs of $350.
