Transfer of Ownership
After full payment is received, our Attorney will prepare the deed and it will be mailed to the winning bidder for recording with the Brewster County Clerk in your name. We will provide all necessary instructions, fees and other documents to complete this process. The county will record the deed within 3 to 4 weeks and return the stamped deed directly to the buyer.
